This project will develop a master facilities plan of the American College that will match the long-term objective of the College as a leading secondary education institution in Bulgaria. The process will start with evaluation of all buildings, the grounds, all systems, and the context of the surrounding area. The final product will include recommendations for meeting the requirements of educational programming, future projects, needed infrastructure and building repairs as well as recommendations for the most effective use of present buildings
