ABF supports this program for a second consecutive year. “Art on the Road” covers travel, accommodation, lease of halls and daily expenses to private artistic troupes for performances around the country. On one hand, this extends the life of plays and performances and allows private art organizations to win audiences outside their native towns. On the other hand it activates art life in the countryside. Last year, 31 performances took place in 9 towns (Varna, Stara Zagora, Lovech, Burgas, Gabrovo, Tyrgovishte, Ruse and Plovdiv) and 17 artistic groups have been supported.
