This project addresses problems connected with high unemployment and early school dropouts by intervening with Roma children in the seventh and eighth grades studying in the Iskar district in Sofia. The project will provide professional orientation and consultation to 90 students and their families; will assist in their application to professional high schools in Sofia; and will provide mentorship over their first year in high school. The main purpose of the project is not just to help enroll more Roma students in high school, but to also help and motivate them to select a career and a high school that best suits their interests and potential.

We are performing technical maintenance on our website and the project database will not be accessible until 4 pm today.
