The fourth edition of the Bulgarian Young Leaders Program (BYLP) will continue to provide Bulgarian students of exceptional caliber and promising magistrate and educational professionals with unique scholarships and leadership training in the United States in 2013. The three components are: (1) Summer Entrepreneurship Program for 30 Bulgarian students competitively selected; (2) Junior Justice Professionals Training for 20 magistrates; and (3) Education Leaders’ Training Program for 10 secondary school teachers at public schools. The students and the young professionals will participate in U.S.-based programs to experience the best educational and institutional practices.
