The project will build a network of debate clubs at high schools and colleges around Bulgaria. The project will include a training for a select group of key coaches that be licensed with the International Debate and Education Association; training for 50 debate team leaders and 800 students around the country. The program will also support a National Debate Competition in English, one in Bulgarian, and a National Debate Forum.
