Fine Art Atelier for Children
Municipality of Pleven

This year, the Municipality of Pleven renovated a gallery space for exhibits and workshops and called it the Art Center Pleven. The center is now founding a program for children to be involved in fine arts. The target group is kids 5 to 12 years of age and they will be trained by local artists in various techniques of painting and sculpture. The project will thus develop a future informed and educated audience for the fine arts.
