A to Jazz is one of the key signature events of the Arts program of ABF. It makes jazz accessible to a large and diverse audience and brings-up young audience for this type of music. The event plays an important role for improving the education of young musicians, as most participants have master classes as the National Music School and some of the students perform on the festival’s stage. This year’s edition will be on June 27-29 and the focus will be on ethno jazz. Some of the artists on the list are Richard Bona (USA)- one of the greatest names in jazz with multiple Grammy nominations; FlamenCuba (Spain); Lura Criola (Portugal); Milena Karadjova, RomaNeno, Peter Ralchev Trio (Bulgaria); Ilhan Erşahin (Turkey) and Daniel Zamir (Israel).
