The Plovdiv University’s (PU) Pedagogical Department will update its curriculum for undergraduate and graduate students to introduce new courses on effective school leadership, effective classroom management, and education policies at school, among others. In addition, the program will introduce a practical advisory/ mentorship component for new teachers and principals during their first year on the job. Plovdiv University will collaborate with Bank Street College in New York – a leading American institution preparing educators and educational leaders.
