Chosen after three highly competitive rounds, these individuals demonstrated exceptional skills, experiences, and leadership potential. Their selection highlights a strong commitment to personal and professional development as well as to their local communities across Bulgaria.
This year’s cohort was selected from a record 680 applicants—nearly twice as many as last year—underscoring the growing interest in the program. The group represents an equal mix of five participants each from the public, private, and NGO sectors, reflecting LEAP’s mission to foster leadership across all areas of society. Launched in 2022 in partnership with Babson College—a global leader in leadership and entrepreneurship education—LEAP equips participants to sharpen their leadership and entrepreneurial skills and promotes a culture of collaboration and respect.
To further expand the program’s reach in its third edition, the America for Bulgaria Foundation partnered with three prominent Bulgarian organizations: the Association of Bulgarian Leaders and Entrepreneurs (ABLE), the Bulgarian Center for Not-for-Profit Law (BCNL), and the Institute for Market Economics (IME). The final selection of participants was carried out by Babson College.
