This grant will help create a center for applied studies and innovation with a biotech laboratory and lecture rooms at the Faculty of Biology at Sofia University. This center will be a bridge between the private sector and key academic institutions in Bulgaria and abroad, where bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD students from Sofia University will be exposed to practical science as well as to classes in entrepreneurship and innovation.
