Through the Coding4all program, the Digital National Alliance, in partnership with ABF, VMware, and Team4Tech, will train 100 Bulgarian teachers to teach computer programming to students aged 7–17 in an exciting and accessible way. IT professionals will turn into trainers and mentors for the teachers. The end goal is to break the stereotype of coding as a matter that is difficult to teach and learn and reveal it as an enjoyable, accessible, and intellectually stimulating activity. To reach as broad an audience as possible, Coding4all will include three different courses, for individuals at different levels of coding awareness and experience. The courses will use programming platforms such as Micro:bit, App Inventor, Scratch, and STEAM.
