The project will support the renovation and securing of a bird-watching tower on Persina Island, now closed to tourists because of its decrepit state. Reconstructing the tower will provide a safe spot for birdwatching. Its location is ideal for watching the colony of 24 Dalmatian pelican pairs nesting in the area.
