This grant supports the pilot edition of PARA Robotics Incubator, an initiative of the Professional Association of Robotics and Automation (PARA). The Incubator is a six-month hybrid program for young developers in the fields of robotics, unmanned aerial vehicles (drones), Internet of Things (IoT), machine vision, and artificial intelligence (AI). It combines mentorship support from experienced engineers with an interactive curriculum and access to laboratories and development centers and aims to have each participating team prepare a complete prototype and an investor pitch by the program’s end.
