This grant supports Teenovator, a career development program where 10th and 11th graders gain professional skills while working on their first entrepreneurial ventures with the help of mentors from the world of business. The acquired knowledge and skills are currently not taught in the classroom and include design thinking, lean startup/development, rapid prototyping, business canvas model, etc., in addition to personal development and soft skills training. In the 2021/2022 school year, 420 students from across Bulgaria will work with 60 mentors, and in the next two years the program will expand to include at least 1,000 additional students.
