This project is part of the Agritourism in North Bulgaria RFP for the development of culinary tours featuring local food and traditions. The tours will include visits to the fishermen’s quarter in Tutrakan, local museums, cheese and wine tastings. The project is run jointly by the community centers in Tutrakan and Nova Cherna, which will offer cooking demonstrations with fish soup and cornmeal and present other local cultural traditions.
