Foundation Roma-Lom has been working in Lom since 1996 and has a long history of engagement in this sphere. Program activities will focus on several key areas. Roma-Lom will help kindergarten children prepare for the 1st grade and will provide various educational and motivational activities for children attending grade school including extracurricular activities and extra tutorials. Recognizing that a large number of high school graduates are currently unemployed, Roma-Lom will also provide activities specifically geared toward high school students. For those intending to enter the university, they will provide tutorials designed to help students pass university exams, counseling, and advice on university selection. For those intending to enter the work force, they will provide vocational and IT trainings and job counseling.
