Legal Barometer: A Tool for Monitoring, Analysis and Assessment of Development of Legal Order in Bulgaria

The Center for Legal Initiatives will publish regular assessment of the state of Bulgaria’s legal framework aiming at improving the quality of law-making and enhancing the legal predictability for businesses in Bulgaria. The main analytical tool of the project is the ‘Legal Barometer’, a bi-annual publication that will monitor a set of quantitative indicators such as pieces of legislation adopted by Parliament, number of amendments and supplements to legislation, number of laws which constitutionality was challenged, number of laws vetoed by the President, number of adopted by-laws, number of void/revoked enactments by the Supreme Administrative Court.
