This project continues ABF’s support for the Bulgarian Olympic teams in natural sciences in their preparation and participation in international Olympiads and competitions where they represent the country. ABF will support the teams in Informatics, Computer Linguistics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Astronomy and the Young Physicists. Every year, over 170 high-school students and their team leaders (teachers and university professors) participate in 16 international competitions. Over the past four years of ABF support for the Bulgarian national Olympic teams, they have brought home over 240 medals. The goal of the program is to help develop Bulgaria’s young scientists, technology leaders, and innovators.
