Counter Crimes against Cultural Heritage of Bulgaria

The grant enhances the capacity of law enforcement, prosecutors and judges to counter crimes against the cultural heritage of Bulgaria. A series of trainings will be delivered on effective use of new provisions in Bulgarian and EU legislation and analysis of failures or successes in actual pretrial proceedings or court cases will be conducted with the aim to develop a common judicial practice in investigation and trial of crimes against cultural heritage.
