“In the Palace” is the largest international festival for professional short films in Bulgaria. It takes place in Balchik. In June 28-July 04, 2014 it will be the festival’s 12-th edition. Over 200 young professionals take part in the fest, attending lectures and workshops by established film experts from all over the world.
