The first edition of Varna International Violin Competition will take place November 4-5, 2015. It is initiated by Mario Hossen, a leading Bulgarian violinist, performing all around the globe, currently a professor at the Music Academy in Vienna and at New Bulgarian University. The Varna International Violin Competition’s mission is to give an opportunity to young talented violinists from all over the world to perform at their best. Members of the jury are leading professors, sitting on the jury of the greatest violin competitions in the world: Michael Frischenschlager, Gerard Poulet, Anton Sorokow, and Takashi Shimitzu.
