The project will mobilize and advocate for local business communities to utilize the human potential of retired people and to look for new models of labor mobility. The Institute for Regional and International Studies will empower business communities with expertise, networking and strategic planning to face the challenge of decreasing human resource potential and develop viable alternatives for labor recruitment in three regions: Vratza, Pleven and Veliko Tarnovo.
