After 21 years of dedicated service at the helm of the Bulgarian-American Enterprise Fund (1991-2012), the Bulgarian American Credit Bank (1996-2008), and the America for Bulgaria Foundation (2008-2012), Frank Bauer has decided to retire from those positions effective September 30, 2012.
Frank’s leadership during all those years has been indispensable. His commitment to the missions of the fund, the bank and the foundation, and to Bulgaria, has served as the driving force behind their outstanding achievements over the years. On behalf of a proud Board of Directors, we convey to Mr. Bauer our gratitude for his exceptional guidance.
